Only Light, Only Love:  

A Children's Concert Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Monday, January 21 (3 - 4 pm)
Featuring acclaimed singer, songwriter, peace advocate and author David LaMotte.  Including a special reading of Mr. LaMotte's new children's book on nonviolence, White Flour.

At United Church of Chapel HIll, our children love to make music.

Children’s Choir rehearses each Sunday during the 8:45 worship service. Choir members attend worship until approximately 9:10 and then leave the sanctuary with our Diector of Music, Jenny Anderson and several talented volunteered. Rehearsals end by 9:55, so that children can move on to Sunday School. The Children’s Choir sings during worship on a regular basis throughout the year and occasionally performs church musicals. Children in kindergarten through fifth grade are welcome to participate.
