This year’s our market mission is supporting Church World Service’s Safe School Zones in East Kenya. This is the 3rd year of supporting this project. When schools don’t have clean water or safe structures, or when hunger drowns out a teacher’s lesson, learning is harder than it should be. Our congregation through the AGM has helped to create safe, welcoming learning spaces for kids in East Africa. When you provide children with a safe place for them to learn, they stay in school longer, giving them a great start on life.
