Souls to the Polls!
Sunday, February 22 | 12:00 p.m.
Early voting is underway for the 2026 primary elections, and Sunday voting is an important tradition in many North Carolina faith communities. You can join your UCCH community as a group of us walk after church services on Sunday, February 22 to the Orange County early voting site at the Seymour Senior Center (2551 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill). We will gather in front of the church and walk over at noon – people are also welcome to meet us there. (Note: only Orange County residents can vote at the Seymour Center location).
To vote, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be 18-years or older by Nov. 3, 2026.
- Bring photo ID (addresses do not have to match, and you can still vote if you don’t have a photo ID).
- Have completed any felony sentences (including probation)
- Not registered to vote yet? No problem! You can register during early voting but not on March 3, Election Day.
