United Church of Chapel Hill is a self-governing congregation.  We have a congregational meeting in the fall to establish a mission spending plan for the coming year and to discuss other congregational business.  In May or June we have a congregational meeting or annual meeting to receive annual reports, elect new officers and other business of the congregation.

On October 26 the Church Council will present a mission spending plan for 2015, a review of the progress of the capital campaign thus far, and a next step proposal.
