Walgreens will provide flu vaccines to anyone who would like to receive one after worship on Sunday, September 13 (in the office lobby). Thank you to church member Jesus Felix for organizing this clinic for us once again! The vaccine is available to anyone age 3 and older. Insurance is NOT required. If you do have health insurance, please have your card available that day.
It is not necessary to sign up in advance, but it would help the pharmacy prepare for the clinic if they can gauge interest beforehand, so please complete this form if you’d like to get a flu shot on September 13.
