The Road Home Band

Covering titles by wonderful artist greats as Carrie Newcomer, David Wilcox, Alison Krauss, Bob Dylan, Nickel Creek and others, this ambitious 4 piece band has emerged with a sound all its own – a mix of vocals, mandolin, guitar, bass and drums that is nothing less than acoustic music at its best: at once soulful and earnest, yet full of encouragement and gentle humor.

Nancy Maeder is a true standout as lead vocalist, with an edgy yet upbeat sound that speaks perfectly to the group’s search for a “road home”. David Langham is a fine counterpoint on lead guitar, lending his smooth melodies, along with a little spice of mandolin and vocals. Brad Kintner provides creative and innovative bass melodies with complimentary vocals. Robert Kintner brings the group together with a strong foundation on drums, drawing on years of experience of playing blues, jazz, gospel and rock music.
