MS Youth Group: “Be The Change”

United Church of Chapel Hill 1321 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Chapel Hill

Join UCCH member Alecia Brower as we revisit and share insights from the "Be The Change" youth small group, which Alecia co-led in the fall. This small group series, based on a UU curriculum, provides youth a starting place for discussions about the role of race, identity and justice in living out their faith. We will reflect on key messages from "Be The Change," exploring how these themes and challenges relate to current events and our shared life in community. This conversation carries forward our spring youth theme (Peace, Nonviolence & Justice), with our special focus on racial justice continuing through March.
